By using Negila Sene, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Products & Orders
We sell farmer-brand products. Prices, availability, and delivery depend on stock and your location. Orders are confirmed once payment (online or Cash on Delivery) is completed.
3. Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We do not store your card or banking credentials.
4. Verification (KYC)
Certain partner/seller features require identity verification (PAN, bank details) to comply with applicable Indian law and to enable secure bank payouts. This is requested only when relevant and with your consent.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products can be returned or refunded as per our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide truthful information, and treat other users and staff respectfully. Accounts involved in fraud or misuse may be suspended.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Mandya, Karnataka.
