Information We Collect

When you use Negila Sene, we collect the following information depending on how you use the platform:

1. Account Information (all users)
We collect your name, email address, and mobile number when you register. Your password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form. You may optionally add a profile photo.

2. KYC & Financial Information (only for members who earn and withdraw income)
Brand Ambassadors and Stock Points who choose to withdraw their earnings are required to complete KYC verification. For this we collect:

• PAN number and PAN document image

• Aadhaar number and Aadhaar document image

• Bank account number, IFSC code, and account holder name

• UPI ID (and optionally bank name, GST number)

This information is collected only when you choose to earn or withdraw money on the platform. It is not required to browse, shop, or place orders.

Why we collect KYC: We are legally required to verify the identity of direct sellers under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, to deduct and report TDS (tax) against your PAN under the Income Tax Act, 1961, to process payouts to the correct verified bank account, and to prevent fraud and money laundering.

3. Delivery Address (for orders)
When you place an order, we collect your recipient name, phone number, full address, city, state, and pincode for delivery.

4. Payment Information
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). We do not store your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. We only retain the transaction reference, amount, and payment status for your order records.

5. Network & Earnings Data
For members, we maintain referral codes, sponsor/placement details, point value (PV), wallet balances, commission and income records, and withdrawal history as part of operating the rewards programme.

6. Activity Data
We store your orders, cart, wishlist, and (for Stock Points) stock indents to provide our services.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate the platform — to process orders and payments, verify identity and process payouts, calculate and credit earnings, comply with tax and legal requirements, and prevent fraud.

We Do Not Sell Your Data
We never sell your personal or KYC information, and we never use it for third-party advertising. KYC and financial data is shared only with regulated payment partners and government authorities where required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Certain financial and KYC records may be retained for the period required under Indian tax and financial regulations.

2. How we use it

Personal data is used to deliver products, process commissions, and communicate updates relevant to your membership.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with payment processors, shipping partners, and legal authorities when required.
